One on one first time assessment
$40
($60 for in-home assessments)
that will include finding your strengths and weaknesses to help you establish a starting point. Whether you continue training with Amy or decide to go it alone, this session will help you decide what kind of program might work best for you.



One hour sessions
$25 ($60 for in-home, up to 3 people per session)
One on one coaching with strength and flexibility training specifically designed to meet your individual needs
Body fat/diet analysis
$15
Everyone is different. One size does not fit best for all. This service analyzes your specific body type and activity level to see what exercise and nutrition program will work best for you. As your activity level increases, each of these sessions will help you adjust your food intake to meet the needs of your changing body.
